Acceptance of terms
By using zen.vacations, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and we'll note the effective date at the top of this page when we do.
Description of service
zen.vacations is a stay discovery platform for slow travelers. We help you find extended-stay accommodations around the world through curated listings and an AI-powered concierge.
Important: We are a discovery and search platform. We do not process bookings directly. When you find a stay you love, you'll be directed to the property's own booking system or a third-party platform to complete your reservation. Your booking relationship is with the property or booking platform, not with zen.vacations.
User accounts
You can browse zen.vacations without an account. Creating an account lets you save stays, get personalized recommendations, and use the AI Concierge with conversation history.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at hello@zen.vacations.
Acceptable use
We trust our users to be respectful. Please don't:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Abuse the AI Concierge or attempt to manipulate its responses
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience
Intellectual property
The zen.vacations name, logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. Property descriptions and images belong to their respective owners and are displayed under fair use or with permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create on the platform, such as saved lists or reviews. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it on the platform.
Third-party links and booking
zen.vacations contains links to external websites for booking accommodations. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites. When you leave our platform to book a stay, the terms and privacy policies of that external site apply.
We do our best to keep listing information accurate, but availability, pricing, and property details may change. Always verify details on the booking platform before completing a reservation.
Limitation of liability
zen.vacations is provided "as is." We strive to keep the platform reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that all information will be perfectly up to date.
We are not liable for any issues arising from bookings made through third-party platforms, including cancellations, property conditions, or payment disputes. Our role is to help you discover stays — the booking relationship is between you and the property or booking platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of zen.vacations after changes means you accept the updated terms.
